She weighed 7 lbs 12 oz and we named her Mya. I used the self hypnosis mp3 programme from two weeks before my due date and it did help me stay focused. It wasn't as successful as I had hoped but it was better than my first experience. Very empowering to do it without an epidural. So basically I had about 14 hours of hard labour versus my 72 hours of my first. I would recommend the program to anyone. In fact I have already. I will definitely use it if we ever have another baby. This time though I would practice right from the beginning so I really can control my mind. I am happy I did it without any major drugs, like an epidural. I really didn't want one. It was a good experience and I am happy with the overall results. Thank you again for your help and I will be an advertiser for you here in Canada. Thank you again. Oh baby is healthy and wonderful. She is a very happy baby and sleeps quite well. Thanks again.
