   I downloaded the Blissful Birth self hypnosis mp3 and it was sooo relaxing. I definately think it will help during labor. I’m due May 31st and will try to post back after my daughter is born. Thank you BB!!

   I had my baby and I had a great birth. I am a midwife and this was my third birth. I used hypnobirthing with the last 2. I love your CDs. Thanks so much. I will definately send my clients to your slite.

   Our daughter was born May 18, 2008 Her name is Lillian. The blissful birth mp3 was a tremendous help. We went through 30 hours of labor with no pain killers. It’s definitely a wonderful program. Thank You!

   Hello Heidi,

   I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl on September 17. She weighed 7 lbs 12 oz and we named her Mya. I used the self hypnosis mp3 programme from two weeks before my due date and it did help me stay focused. It wasn’t as successful as I had hoped but it was better than my first experience. Very empowering to do it without an epidural. So basically I had about 14 hours of hard labour versus my 72 hours of my first.

   I would recommend the program to anyone. In fact I have already. I will definitely use it if we ever have another baby. This time though I would practice right from the beginning so I really can control my mind. I am happy I did it without any major drugs, like an epidural. I really didn’t want one. It was a good experience and I am happy with the overall results. Thank you again for your help and I will be an advertiser for you here in Canada. Thank you again. Oh baby is healthy and wonderful. She is a very happy baby and sleeps quite well. Thanks again. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask, I am happy to oblige.

   Dear Heidi and Rob,

   our daughter is 14 months old by now and doing great. We also went through 28 hours of labor without anaesthesia and managed it very well.
   I loved the mp3s in my pregnancy to calm down and prepare and I’m sure they helped all of us during the birth.
